Convocatoria para participar en la 37 edición del Festival Internacional de Teatro Clásico de Almagro

Bases para la presentacioón de propuestas a la programación oficial de la 37 edición del Festival Internacional de Teatro Clásico de Almagro.

 

1.- Podrán concurrir todas las compañías, nacionales e internacionales, cuyo trabajo esté basado, inspirado o ponga en escena textos del Barroco Universal.

2.- Las propuestas, estrenadas o como proyecto, podrán estar representadas en su idioma original y deberán tener una duración mínima de una (1) hora. El género, estilo, estructura o temática estarán basados en textos universales enmarcados entre mediados del siglo XVI y finales del siglo XVII.

3.- Las propuestas serán presentadas hasta el 28 de febrero de 2014, con la siguiente información:

– Formulario de inscripción cumplimentado (Pincha aquí para descargarlo).

– Dossier informativo del proyecto.

– Datos de contacto de la compañía: nombre, nacionalidad, dirección postal, email, teléfono y fax.

– Currículo profesional de la compañía y de sus integrantes.

– Bocetos, material fotográfico y audiovisual (formatos AVI, MOV, MPEG, FLV),…etc.

– Propuesta económica.

4.- El envío de las propuestas se puede hacer: a) Por correo postal:

En ambos casos es necesario indicar bien en el sobre, bien en el asunto del e- mail: «PROPUESTAS PROGRAMACIÓN OFICIAL 37 EDICIÓN»

5.- Las propuestas seleccionadas se harán públicas en el segundo trimestre de 2014.

6.- Las compañías seleccionadas firmarán un contrato con el Festival en el que, junto al resto de acuerdos, garantizarán la titularidad de la totalidad de los derechos necesarios para la representación de las funciones, comprometiéndose a la devolución de las cantidades percibidas en el caso de incumplimiento de esta garantía. De igual manera cederán a favor del Festival los derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial necesarios para la fijación, con fines de archivo y/o promocionales, y explotación derivados de su participación y permanencia en el Festival.

7.- La presentación de las propuestas, supone por parte de las compañías, la aceptación de las presentes bases. En el caso de que se detecten anomalías demostrables, la Dirección del Festival procederá al descarte de las propuestas afectadas.

 



TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE OFFICIAL PROGRAMME OF THE ALMAGRO INTERNATIONAL CLASSICAL THEATRE FESTIVAL 37TH EDITION

1.- Companies of any nationality whose work is based, inspired or stages Universal Baroque texts may apply.

2.- Proposals, already premiered or not, may be performed in their original language and must be of a minimum duration of 1 hour. Genre, style, structure or themes will be based on universal texts from mid 16th century to end of 17th century.

3.- Proposals may be submitted until 28th February 2014. These will include:

– Completed registration form (click here to download).

– Information dossier of the project.

– Company contact details (name, nationality, postal, e-mail, telephone number and fax).

– Professional resume (CV) of the company and its members.

– Designs, photographic and audiovisual material (AVI, MOV, MPEG, FLV), etc. – Financial proposal.

Please include the reference «PROPOSALS FOR THE OFFICIAL PROGRAMME OF THE 37TH EDITION» in both cases.

5.- Selected proposals will be published in the second quarter of 2014.

6.- Selected companies will sign a contract with the Festival in which, together with the rest of agreements, they will guarantee the holding of all the necessary rights for the performances and will thus agree to return the payments received in the event of non-compliance of this guarantee. Likewise, companies will agree to give the Festival the necessary, binding intellectual and industrial property rights with regards to archiving and/or promotion and further use deriving from their participation in and continued association with the Festival.

7.- The submission of proposals implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the companies. In case anomalies are detected, the affected proposals will be discarded by the Festival Direction.
